Treatments for Eczema

To help treat Eczema or to just help with dry skin:

Take a tablespoon of cider vinegar and a tablespoon of honey in a glassful of water, three times a day, with meals. You should start to notice a considerable improvement after a week.

Under no circumstances should salt be taken, as this can aggravate the eczema condition considerably.

Some people have also improved their eczema by applying a thin layer of honey, particularly Manuka honey, directly on to the affected area.

However use this cautiously, as for some people this has actually made the condition worse - yet another complexity that eczema sufferers unfortunately have to deal with.
